365-day returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll find a solution. Most items can be returned within 365 days of delivery. A $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, your choice.

What has to be true for a return

The item should be unused and in the condition you received it, in its original packaging where possible. If a knife arrived damaged or defective, contact us first, we'll make it right at no cost to you, no return fee applies.

How to start a return

Email mycutlery26@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Shipping times

Orders are sourced and shipped once placed, real delivery time is 8-15 business days. We don't hold pre-made stock, so this range reflects the real time it takes to get a knife made and shipped to you.
